Suggest Treatment For Painful Bruising On Nail

My 5yo granddaughter had her finger smashed yesterday with a weight. Painful, still can move it, immediately bruised. My daughter iced it, gave her acetaminophen and had her elevate it. Bruise is 50% of nail. Today, it is very dark in color and is now since this morning, turning a greenish color. Should she be taken to urgent care? Thank you.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such appearance after the finger injury is part of it but the more important would be fracture part and blood circulation disturbances and to rule out this better to get done the x-ray and orthopedic opinion and for this you need to go to ER, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
