Suggest Treatment For Painful Bone Enlargement On Wrist?

i am a 24 year old female.i have an extra bone between my palm and hand.i e back side of the wrist area.it pains like hell some times and i couldnt bend my palm backwards.i couldnt lift any thing with my left hand when it comes.after some days it ll become normal again.what should i do .please suggest me.

Hello,

I think first you should take up an x-ray to confirm is any bone is getting enlargement or any extra bone is present.

Post that if there are no findings of the abnormal bone and all the exercise with hot water fermentation should help.
