Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

What I can infer from what you have told is that you are having an acute cervical strain. I would suggest you take some analgesics of the pain is troubling you. I would suggest you wait for 48 hours and if the pain and tingling still persist then visit a physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Santosh S Jeevannavar
