General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to hcm
You report suggests you have tubercular lymphadenitis. The treatment lasts for 9-12 months. Your swollen glands will decrease slowly with treatment. I advise you to take your antitubercular drugs regularly or else it may cause relapse of the disease or may become drug resistant.

Thank you
