Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
you may be having radicular pain due to nerve compression at lumbar spine with radicular pain in lower limb. Mri is needed to confirm diagnosis. Mri of the lumbo sacral spine should be done from radiology centre nearby you. Meanwhile start tab pregalin x 75 mg and tab ultracet once at night for 10 days. please consult orthopaedic surgeon nearby your area with report.
