Suggest Treatment For Pain On The Back Side Of The Head

I had to go to the ER last week because of the pain in the back of my head and neck we so bad. I had a ct scan taken and it was normal. the doctor gave me some muscle relaxers and ibprofen but the pain is still there. should i be worried that the CT scan was wrong

If there was a lesion in the brain, it would have been visible on the CT unless you have subsequently had trauma after this imaging was done.

Pain in the back of the head and neck may be related to strain or inflammation in the muscles in this area.

You should continue to use the pain medication and muscle relaxant.

In addition any stress relieving or relaxing methods should also be employed.
