Hi,

Such pain can be due to over exertion or calcium deficiency. Try to avoid excess of stress / have a light massage of Relaxyl ointment over the counter / take a pill of Combiflam after food in case of severe pain / Take Shellcal 500 mg pill daily with break fast for 15 days. Consult your family physician if it recurs again.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
