Suggest Treatment For Pain, Numbness And Tingling Sensation In Both Feet

Hello. Last weekend I woke in the middle of the night feeling like I had been poisoned. This has been going on off and on for almost a year now. Just recently I have develop pain numbness and tingling in both of my feet and almost no feeling in my right toe now. The pain and numbness is mild to moderate. Tomorrow I plan on making an appointment with my family doctor but I saw this online and thought I might ask before I go. Thank you very much for any information you may have. :-)

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having few reasons having this problem.
1,pinched nerve pressure symptoms due to having some degenerative changes in lumbo-sacral spines.
2, peripheral neuritis mostly due to diabetes.
You might require some investigations like x-ray lumbo-sacral region, MRI. blood sugar estimation to rule out diabetes, vitamin B12 deficiency.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
Ok and take care.
