Suggest Treatment For Pain In Vagina, Bloating And Constipation With PCOS

Pain on the top part of the vagina with any penetration, lots of lube, condoms, no condoms, different positions and everything is painful. Contractions are not present yet the pain persists with penetration even with close examination with a finger. ultrasound showed many follicles without a dominate follicle. Rad suggested PCOS. My left ovary is enlarged a 3.9 x 1.9 x 3.2. Right ovary is 3 x 2.5 x 2. Endometrial lining at 4mm, i am on depo and i do not get a period often. Weight gain, abdominal bloating, constipation, urination frequency, are all symptoms. Is there anything that might not have been seen on an ultrasound? I have gotten the same answer over and over, but at this point i cant get into my gyno for a month even with these results.

I really appreciate your concern, if you are just worried about the finding of scan then it is nothing to worry because such findings are common and it happens due to hormone level changes, in rare case it needs some treatment to correct the hormone level, here you have not suggested your age, else something else could have been thought hope this information helps.
