Suggest Treatment For Pain In Upper Abdominal Area
Hi... I am a 37 year old male and just experienced pain in my upper abdominal/chest area like a bad case of indigestion with pain also reaching my upper chest/collar bone area along with being a little light headed. It lasted for about 30 minutes. I took some aspirin and peptobismol with a shower and the pain seems to be letting up. Should I be worried?

I think it is just stomach pain. Take antacids for the moment and visit a doctor for further treatment. You may need to take omeprazole.
