General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms are indicative of arthritis, frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injury or tear, pinched nerve. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP. You may require to get X-ray, CT or MRI done along with CRP, anti-CCP tests. ESR to detect RA.

You will be treated according to the pathology detected. You will need treatment by physical therapy, exercises, medicines (Motrin, Advil) or surgical treatment or other procedures( steroid injection, shoulder manipulation, joint distension, surgery).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
