Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Ribs And Abdominal Cramps While On Drotin And Duvadilan

Hi doctor, I am 28 week pregnant. Last night I had some pain near my chest ribs and since morning was having cramps in my lower abdomin now my doc advised to take drotin ds tab 3times daily and duvadilan retard 10 mg once for 20 days. Is it safe to have these two tablets?
