Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Knee Post Injury

About 12 days ago I slipped and fell off a ladder hurting my knee and left ribs. The left side of my right knee still hurts, but it is tolerable. My left ribs have a slight bruise, but it seems to be coming around. What can I do to help my knee recover?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. As per your history , Please find my advice below-:
1)Da a plain X-ray of knee ro ruled out any fracture present
2)Do a clinical examination of knee by your local doctor to ruled out ACL,Sprains,DLM,TK,MI,KD etc
3)Before clinical examination you can take (INFLADASE FORTE) tab 10 mg 3 times after food to relieve pain and inflammation.
Nothing to be worried at all and it is a minor problem.

I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me.
Wishing you all the best.
Thanks,
I find this answer helpful
