Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Knee And Leg

I have been having knee and leg pain in both legs. Was worst in left leg at first and now in both legs. This has been going on for almost 3 months now. Haven t been able to bear weight on right leg for the past 3 days. I am overweight at 268 pounds but basically pain just started in June and has never left. Pain has gotten a little better now and then.

Hi,

Because of overweight, over time constant pressure over knees leads to a disease called Osteoarthritis of the knee.

The gap in the knee joint decreases, small bones fragments formation occurs in the knee joint called osteophytes.

To confirm it needs to do x-ray both knees in a standing position. Weight reduction is the ideal method to decrease the load on the knees and some simple exercises to ease the pain.

Please consult your Primary physician or Orthopedician for further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
