Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Jaw That Extended To The Throat
hi, I am a 69 yr old woman, obese but under control. I started having a pain in the right side of my jaw, about 30-45 min ago, somewhat sharp. Then it s moved down into my throat and now lower. I have no other heart attack symptoms, no dizziness, no nausea, lightheadedness, etc. ?? I did take 2 aspirin and if I move around a bit it seems to lessen. I d hate to go to the ER for indigestion, etc. ????

Jaw pain is commonly due to TMJ, take soft food, NSAIDS (Naproxen, Ibuprofen) to reduce pain and swelling.
Arthritis, sinus issues, dental problems can manifest similar symptoms. Your treating doctor will tell you to have some blood & Imaging tests done to detect the pathology causing the discomfort.
You are suggested to visit ER, get clinically examined by a dentist. Get treated.
