Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Arms, Neck And Back

I started to have a pain in my arm, neck and back. The pain is worse in my back when I lay down, but better when I sit up. I took ibuprofen 600 and it helps the back pain about 90%, but not my arm pain. What are your thoughts? Thank you. I am a 47 year old female and weigh 110lbs. I took my blood pressure earlier and it was 116/64.

it can be cervical spondilosis. use neck color. avoid pillow at bed time. use hard bed take warm phomantation in neck. apply analgesic ointment locally. take tablet combiflam twice daily for 5 days.your bp is normal.
