Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Arm

my right upper arm started having a lot of pain about a month ago I ve gone to the emergency rm stayed over night in the hospital, and it hasn t got any better now i have no strength in it i can hardly hold a cup. It goes numb n tingles I m really worried and noone seems to be able to figure it out ! What could it be? & no I haven t done anything to have caused it!

Hi welcome to HCM...

You are mainly having upper arm weakness.

So cause has to be searched by detail history and physical examination and according to investigation...

It could be muscular problem or neuropathy like nerve problem...
B12 deficiency also has to be checked ..

Here your reflex and complete neurological examination has to be done...

If needed NCV study might be conducted ...

Take care

It is better to consult neurologist for detail work up...
