Hi, I am a 61 yr old tradesman 5'7 165lbs and workout with every day I'm in great shape but i recently got pain in my right shoulder not muscle i think its tendons and i understand because i've been carrying things for thirty years on it. Now the pain has moved to the left shoulder, i have a thightness across the back from shoulder to shoulder with some warmth and the back of my neck, not bad pain but a discomfort. I don't have any loss of breath or chest pains, I'm just concerned that this went from one shoulder to the other in less than a month no other place. I was told about 10 yrs ago i have arthritis in my neck, could this be the problem
