Suggest Treatment For Pain In Scalp

Hello. I am 44 yrs, have gone Gluten free and has helped w/ a lot of digestive issues and headaches but has not helped the pain in my scalp. It feels incredibly sore (like I wore a ponytail too long or got it sunburn), it has felt this way for over a year. The spot that hurts seems to change, but it is mainly around the crown and part line. As I rub it I can feel a couple of sm hard bumps. My hair was falling out a lot, but now that I am GF that has seemed to stop tho I don t see new growth. I have pain in my right arm pit (for the last 2 weeks.). I am a cancer survivor (BC) from 10+ years ago. I had my thyroid levels checked a year ago when my hair was falling out a lot all began and they were normal. Any input will be appreciated. Thank you. - DR
