Hello,

* The most common cause of pain in right arm, shoulder blades radiating upto spine at age of 81 years seems to be in relation to

- frozen shoulder

- degenerative joint disorder of shoulder region

- calcium imbalance related secondary changes

However, an MRI examination of the shoulder is best recommended after evaluation of her.

- reflexes

- sensations

- motor movements

- range of motion of active and passive actions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
