I have been in a car accident, I was standing next to my car and another hit me at 45 mph. Three different impacts. My concern is a fractured my pelvis. the bone has healed. I am experiencing severe groin pain, leg back side sharp pain. Pelvic floor muscles are damage. I do not have medical professionals in my area with experience to help. How can I identify the best doctor specializing in muscle and nerve damage in the pelvic area?
