Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lower Right Abdomen Radiating Through To Back

Pain in lower right abdomen radiating through to back with skin numbness for a week now. Often severe, but constant. With dark green foamy diarhrea. The skin numbness started as a burning, stinging pain that starts at the lower right abdomen just before the belly button, over the right hip and ending in the lower right back just before the spine like a saddle. Feelings of indigestion. Cannot lay on my left side. No fever. Thank you

Hello,

Pain right lower abdomen with radiating to back indicates possible ureter or renal calculus. Management guidelines at present:
- More liquids to maintain hydration level
- Urinary alkaliser as citro soda or potassium hydrochloride liquid
- Analgesic and anti spasmodic as dicyclomine or drotaverine

Get prescription of an ultrasound examination of abdomen & pelvis from your doctor to get evaluated in details for the finding of cause and further management accordingly.
