I have an ongoing pain on my lower abdomen,,, i am 45 and the only thing i can compare it to is menstrual cramps, but i am not close to my cycle. The pain radiates to my lower back, saw the doctor and he saw a bit of blood in urine and treated with antibiotics, there was no bacteria in sample though... General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello,
thank you for your query.
i think you have infection of GI tract.
i shall suggest you to take tablet decolic for pain and antibiotic like oofloxacin + ornidazole combi, and some probiotics.
you should also go through an USG whole abdomen to rule out other causes,
hope this is helpful.
regards.
