The pain didn t go away and now i feel the pain in the other foot and up to my knees. Sometimes i have-difficulty in climbing and going down the stairs. Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Suggestive of rheumatoid arthritis. Based on the history you seem to be suffering from an inflammatory type of joints or rheumatoid arthritis. You need to consult your doctor for further evaluation and certain lab tests such as CBC, ESR, C-reactive protein, Rh factor, ANAs, Anti-CCP to confirm the diagnosis.

Drugs like Methotrexate and Hydroxychloroquine are found to be effective for such type of arthritis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali
