Suggest Treatment For Pain In Hands

I have been taking 800 mg ibuprofen for rheumatoid arthritis , twice a day for a total of 1600 mg in24 hrs. Along with 5 mg of prednisone. My hands a re burning and hurting and sometimes feel numb what can I do to get more pain relief? please answer.

hai, according to my opinion you change your pain killer because of more chance of renal failure withthat. you try tab.aspirin or tab.tramadol or tab.aceclofenac.go for neurobion forte injections 2 times weekly for 4 weeks and.tab.b.complex.slowly tapered that prednisolone 2.5 for 1 week and alternate and stops.better to take steriod in acute condition
