Suggest Treatment For Pain In Groin

generally health 27 yr old male. i have pain in my groin. got urine, blood, xray. tests were normal. no fever. almost 2 weeks pain still here. went for ultrasound. vas is dilated. and makes my sac big. ultrasound also shows my testis has a lot of white dots which the staff says not normal. does this mean its very serious? am i sterile?

The pain is due to inflammation of sac or vas for which you can take antibiotic like cefadroxyl or augmentin after an expert opinion along with ibugesic-plus or akilos-p for pain and inflammation. Don't get too worried as it has not any relation with sterility.
