Suggest Treatment For Pain In Chest And Raised Heart Rate

Hi I have been having some pain in my chest for about 4 days now my heart has been beating hard and fast with it aswell also the left of my chest aces and the ace goes up to just under my coler bone. And my heart rate is it 105 to 108 when resting with my eyes closed but when I walked to my kitchen and back it went up to 131. My heart rate is normally in the 90s is this bad

Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion you should immediately consult cardiologist and get done
1. ECG
2. 2d echo
3. Stress test (trade mill test)
4. Holter monitoring (24 hours continuous recording of ECG) to rule out cardiac causes.
There are following possibilities in your case.
1. Arrhythmia
2. Heart failure
3. Coronary artery disease.
So above investigations are needed to rule out cardiac cause.
If all cardiac investigations are normal, then no need to worry much for cardiac causes.
Anxiety can also cause similar symptoms. So avoid stress and tension.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
