Suggest Treatment For Pain In Arm Radiating To Neck

FELL YESTERDAY ON MY LEFT SIDE AND INJURED MY KNEE; WRIST AND ELBOW. I MAY HAVE LOST CONSCIENCESNESS BUT NOT SURE, I WAS ALONE. iM CONCERNED ABOUT THE PAIN IN MY ARM SPREADING TO MY NECK. ALSO MY KNEE IS STIFF AND A LITTLE SWOLLEN. THIS IS ALL ON THE LEFT SIDE

I really appreciate your concern, ideally such injuries need to be investigated and best option would be, x-ray study if this is normal then no need worry, pain could be due to soft tissue injuries and it can be well managed with "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day" hope this information helps, take care.
