Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Get your X-ray and MRI of lower spine done. There might be a displaced disc. Take complete bed rest, give alternate hot and cold fomentation, take over the counter painkillers.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jaideep Gaver, Orthopedic Surgeon
