Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In Hips After An Injury

Hi, I fell off a bike 3 weeks ago and landed on concrete on my right hip. It s fine to walk now but is still swollen and aches. More annoying than anything as I usually sleep on my right hand side but can t because it hurts to put that much pressure on it, is there anything you would suggest to try and relief this ache and the swelling? Thanks

For treatment of pain and swelling in hips after an injury you can take some anti-inflammatory agent like combiflam or biozobid-plus along with some antibiotic preferably ampoxin or cefadroxyl after an expert opinion. You can use powergesic-plus or volidup-gel for local application.
