Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling Caused By Tendonitis
I have Achilles fascitis and tendonitis down the front of my calf. The top of my foot is very painful,gets swollen when on my feet. My doctor says its tendonitis. Anything I can do/ wear to eliminate the pain? I have tried so many orthotic shoes, I had orthotics fitted and made, but they hurt my foot when I use them.

For pain and swelling due to tendonitis you can take ibugesic-plus or combiflam.Do hot water fomentation and apply crepe bandage if required.
