Suggest Treatment For Pain And Soreness In The Abdomen After Sexual Intercourse

I thought I had thrush n took an oral thrush treatment but I ve still got itching soreness pain during intercourse abdominal pain on and off and have the bar in my arm which gives me no period but I had spotting the other week which thought unusual I ve had a cone biopsy done in the past because I was stage before cancer I ve also noticed I m really tired of late but I know I m not pregnant I already have four children can you help me?

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of pain and soreness in the abdomen after sexual intercourse which seems to be due to disturbance of electrolytic balance of body due to excessive production of acid and it could be due to food intolerance, food allergy , bacterial or viral infection. The symptoms can also occur due to UTI , so consult urologist . I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like ornidazole , albendazole , omeprazole along with loperamide. You should take small quantity of food and avoid large intake at a single time. You should eat light and non spicy , eat fresh fruits and vegetables and eat fruits like banana. Take oral rehydrating solution as well. You should avoid intake of outside food. Keep your bed with head on higher side. You should avoid intake of any oily and fried food substances.
