Suggest Treatment For Pain And Pressure Sensation In The Lower Abdominal Area

I have light lower abdominal pain and strong pressure there as well. A lot of gas moving around and pushing its way up into my chest area causing heartburn and chest discomfort. There is also testicular pressure and mild pain. I had all STI and UTI testing done and came out negative. Is this a hernia? I did do a lot of very heavy lifting over several days for the past two weeks.

According to your complain you have problem of lower abdominal pain ,heart burn and gas problem that may be because of gastroesophageal reflux disease.

Hernia may cause muscle swelling and pain.
Too much work than usual capacity also lead to more gas problem and bloted stomach.

Some food allergy lead to gas problem and acidity.
Take proton pump inhibitor drugs help in acidity problem.
Simethicone drug can use for gas relife.

Consent a physician for further diagnosis.
Abdominal ultra sonography can done if needed..
