my MRI SAYS THAT i HAVE A BROAD DISC PROTRUSION AT l2-3 WITH ANTERION THECALSAC INDENTATION. i AM HAVING ALL TYPES OF WEIRD PAINS AND NUMBNESS IN MY TOES PATS OF THIGHS AND LEGS LOWER BACK AND BUTTOCKS. DOES THIS ALL REALLY MEAN AND HOW CAN I GET THIS TREATED WITH NO INSURANCE.....? PLEASE HELP

Primary guidelines for best recovery: - Local application of heating pad - Use analgesic spray or ointment with Diclofenac or Linseed oil - Analgesic and anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen, Diclofenac or Etoricoxib - Postural adaptations to avoid sudden bending, weight lifting - Assisted physiotherapy - Epidural analgesia in selected cases - Refractory conditions may need a spine surgery as well
