Yes, I have the beginning of osteophorsis and I need your help but I am afraid of taking flossomax what else can I do, besides getting massages every week and taking multi-vitamins to slow it down. I feel I had got this through many chiropractic visits to hard breaking down the muscles and cracking my back too hard. Go figure? GG
