Suggest Treatment For Osteomyelitis In A Diabetic

Yes, Im 63 years old and have been diabetic for 20 yrs. Been diagnosed with osteomyletis of the foot and receiving IV antibiotics now. One group of experts tell me that amputation of my big toe and 2 other bones needs to be done right away. Another group says to do hyperbaric and antibiotic therapy. YYYY@YYYY

I would recommend you to get amputation as some time infection can ascend and can cause further damage in the leg. I would not recommend hyperbarric oxygen for you.
