General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

There are some psychological/hormonal changes after marriage... which can cause your different menstrual pattern. Another possibility looking at your age... it can be a premenopausal hormonal imbalance that causes it. Please observe for the symptoms, take rest while on periods & consult a gynecologist in case you have excessive symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
