Suggest Treatment For Oligoasthenoteratozoospermia

Hii have recently got my semen analysis done and have been diagnosed of oligoasthernoteratozoospermia..i am heavy smoker and have quit smoking, want to increase sperm count naturally..what are you recommendations...i have quit smoking...how soon can i recover my sperm count.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on the semen analysis report, it states that your sperm count and sperm motility is low.
It is good that you have quit smoking and should never start again.
You need to take medication containing L-carnitine, Alpha lipoic acid, Lecithin, Vitamin E, Selenium and Zinc every day for a period of 3 months as it provides nutrients for sperms.
Along with it, eat healthy food and drink good quantity of fluids.
Kindly get semen analysis done after 3 months to look for improvement.
