Suggest Treatment For Oesophagual Contraction Caused By Heart Beat

Hi, I recently had a procedure where a camera was put down my throat to check a repetitive spasm that occurs in my osophagus particularly with more solid items of food.

the camera showed no obvious problem and the tract was clear of any injury or iritation however the mid part of the asophagus was being contracted by as much as 20% by the heart as it beats. What does this mean and what is the treatment? Thanks.
