Hi Doc. My name is Bob. I am overweight, very tired, lethargic. prone to depression, no motivation, obstructive sleep apnea (use my autopap - faithfully, excessive daytime sleepiness, DM II. Let s start there. I am on Medicare A & B with a Medigap Supplemental, and Medicare Part D.

Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your diagnosed obstructive sleep apnea with depression following a history of diabetes type 2 tiredness lethargy and overweight I will suggest the following treatment modalities

For depressive episode please take any of the following sertraline paroxetine

For obstructive sleep apnea please use continous positive airway pressure

Do more of exercise activities at least three times a week and then persist with your medications
