Hello and welcome to HCM,
Numbness and tingling sensation on right side of cheek is suggestive of some nerve related disorder.
Nerve compression, nerve inflammation or any other nerve related disorder can lead to altered sensations of tingling and numbness.
A history of fluttering feeling on head and blurring of vision is suggestive of some cranial problem or problem associated with brain and surrounding structures.
Raised intracranial pressure can be the cause of fluttering and blurring of vision.
I suggest you to consult your physician for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.
