Hello and welcome to HCM,
Numbness of feet can occur due to diabetes mellitus, vitamin B 12 deficiency or some other neurological disorder.
Since, diabetes mellitus is ruled out, I suggest you to get blood levels of vitamin B 12 and complete hemogram.
In case vitamin B 12 level is low, please consult your physician for clinical assessment and prescription of vitamin B 12 supplements or injections, whatever suitable.

Thanks and take care
