over the last 2 and a half weeks, i have been experiencing numbness in my left palm. in the beginning, it started from my thumb and fore finger, then would go away completely, only to return within a few hours. by the end of the first week, my whole left palm was numb and i had somewhat limited touch and found it difficult to determine hot/cold water. the numbness then began in my lower back (once again, only on the left side), starting from the left side of my spine to the middle of my abdomen area, exactly half half on each side, and a quarter of the way down my left thigh, and starting again in my left calf, stopping before my ankle. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the numbness, but mid-way through last week and about 2 days ago, i experienced sharp pains through my chest, abdomen and pelvic area, both lasting about 5 to 10 minutes each (since then, no pain).
I have not changed my sleeping pattern, diet, etc., and have lost 28kg over the last year, bringing my weight from almost 100kg down to 72kg, but i found that i lacked energy, and regained 4kg to bring my weight up to 76kg. Along with cutting down on smoking, alcohol and coffee, i have changed my eating patterns. I am 187cm tall and 22 years old.
