Suggest Treatment For Numb Mouth, Vomiting And Blood In Stools

My brother inlaw works on a Rig out of state. Less than 24hrs. Ago he got antifreeze in his face & mouth. After rinsing thouroughly his mouth went numb followed by vomitting. Now he has blood in his stools . He's very hard headed & hates hospitals, but does he need to go to the ER? He is 23yrs. Old. Weighs about 220lbs & is 6' tall.
