Suggest Treatment For Nose Bleeding

hit my nose very hard last night right on the bone and now still have headaches 24 hours later. It didnt bleed at all but i thought i maybe heard a crack, but that may have just been cartelidge. it is a nagging pain, i do not think it is broken but i am not sure. are the headaches normal or is this something to worry about

Yes there can be pain because of the trauma . There can be fracture of nasal bone.
You must see that you didnot have loss of conciousness , vomitting .
If no then do not worry as 24 hrs have passed.
For pain , you need to take antibiotics and anti inflammatory and anti inflammatory enzymes . i advise medicines for 5 days.
whenever there is trauma there is injury to blood vessels so some blood gets collected under skin .if skin is not traumatised then blood will not come out .. but collected blood gets infected and so is the pain or swelling.
Take medicines and rest .
