Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Night fall or nocturnal emission is not a disease. It is a common phenomenon in youth. Some get very often and some rarely. When semen storage is full if you are not removing it by normal sexual activity or masterbation body will itself remove it while sleeping. Don't worry about it. This doesn't make you weak. Have nutritious foods and proper exercise daily. Avoid negative thoughts about night fall.Whaou have is quitquite psychological mostly. Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
