Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Lower Back Pain And Stomach Cramps

Hello I ve been having multiple symptoms which are completely random. I have stomach cramping, nausea, indigestion, low back pain, sharp pain on the left lower side of my abdomen, severe constipation, bloating to the point that I look 4 months pregnant, and just recently I now have vaginal discharge. The discharge is white, kind of clumpy and kind of odorous, but not a strong smell. I have no vaginal itching or burning. Im not sexually active, never have been so I know it s not an STI.

Hello,

STI (sexually transmitted infection) is not the only cause for vaginal, uterine infection. If you are not sexually active, you are still at risk of uterine infection.

White clumpy odorous discharge from the vagina is more suggestive of uterine infection. So better to consult a gynaecologist and get done a clinical examination of the vagina and microscopic examination of discharge.

You will need antibiotics and other supportive treatment. For abdominal issues take pantoprazole and domperidone combination twice daily on empty stomach.

Also, take probiotic medication. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
