Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Headaches And Vomiting

While out walking today , i (Nana) tripped and fell on my 5 year old grandson who was walking in front of me. He got a nosebleed, fat lip, abrasion on his chip and also a bruise. We applied ice to the area once we cleaned up the blood from the nosebleed. Once he calmed down and let us look t his mouth his teeth all seemed to be fine, no chips or looseness. He has a small area on the inside of his lip where most likely his teeth hit his lip, no laceration though. He is acting his normal self, no loss of consciousness, no nausea or vomiting, denies any pain or headaches. He does have some swelling on the right side of his face, he was playing a game on the IPad which needs good eye/ hand coordination, able to eat and chew on that side of his face, no problems with walking. Parents concerned of concussion or fractured jaw (due to the swelling) despite him not complaining of anything. He watched a movie on TV also that he did not act sleepy while watching. Should they take him to the ER for x-rays?
