Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Severe Stomach Pain

Hello! I have a rumbling tummy, nausea, last night I had the same and was sick, I cant sleep and have been in bed for almost 2 hours with no luck, I get pains under my right arm pit. This morning my temperature was 35.3. I also had stomach pains for a short while during the day but little rumbling or gas. I had the same thing about 10 days ago too for a couple of days. I m a teacher of very young children. Any idea what I might have? Thank you so much...

Giardiasis with Bacterial infection-causing Entero-Colitis with nausea and rumbling tummy.
Treatment-
Use Plastic gloves to control repeat attacks-being handler of young children as a teacher.
Tab-Meftal spas- 1 tab x 2 times or as needed x 3 days
Tab Imodium-1 tab x 2 times a day x 2-3 days
Tab Ciplox -OZ-1 x2 times per day x 5 days period
Washing of your hands n hygine would reduce its recurrence.
