Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Headaches In An Elderly Person Post Injury

My 72 year old husband just fell backwards and hit his head on the wall. there is a minor, less than 1 inch scalp laceration and he has a headache. He did mention a headache this morning but took something for it and it went away. He does have neuropathy in his feet so I can see how he could have fallen backwards. there is an indentation in the wall. He is resisting going to hospital. He is nauseous and his wound is not bleeding any more.
